I don't know if this will help but on the start up list if you point the mouse at c:\ program it says c:\ program files (x86)\common files \wondershare\wondershare helper I did eventually manage to delete them but I have a feeling it is still hiding somewhere as it still shows on the start up list. I tried to delete them but it said the program was being used. This brought up 3 files in connection with wondershare. Then out of desperation I searched again and then clicked on see more results then computer, I knew it must be hiding somewhere so I tried to search for Wondershare that came up with nothing. No luck with that so I had a look on ms config, It wasn't listed on there either except for on the start up list. I tried to searchįor it but that came up with no results so I had a look at reg edit to see if it was listed on there. So initially i went onto control panel programs/features to delete it, It wasn't there. Was the cause of the problem but that was where the fun started.
